Run for 100‑4‑HOPE 5K
The Run for 100‑4‑HOPE 5K is a community 5K held on the Davie County High School campus in Mocksville, NC on November 7, 2026. The event launches the 100‑4‑HOPE Campaign, a pledge-based fund to create ongoing scholarships so that teenage girls and families served by House of Hope Piedmont are not turned away for financial reasons.
The event supports House of Hope Piedmont, a Christian nonprofit ministry that serves teenage girls ages 13–17 and their families through a residential program and on-site school. The campaign asks supporters to pledge $100 four times a year to help cover operational costs and expand capacity.
Race logistics listed by the organizer include on-site parking at Davie County High School, a fast, flat, certified course, welcome access for strollers and walkers, and a policy that pets are not allowed. Restroom locations and water stations are to be determined. The race will be held rain or shine; in the event of severe weather the race may be delayed or canceled, and canceled registrations will become donations to House of Hope Piedmont.
There is a registration fee of $35. Due to the charitable nature of the event, no refunds will be issued. Shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by October 23, 2026.
