Run Fit Run Five
Run Fit Run Five is a five mile out and back road race held along the Graniteway. The course is traffic free and runs on tarmac. The event distance is five miles and it is fully licensed by England Athletics and appears on Power of 10.
The route takes in views of Dartmoor, including a viaduct and Meldon Reservoir. The event base is close to the A30 and provides car parking. A race hub is provided by the Pump and Pedal venue, which includes toilets and a cafe.
Every finisher receives a bespoke medal. Cash prizes are offered for first to third place in the male and female categories, with prizes of £50, £30 and £20. Age group trophies are awarded in veteran categories (V40, V45, V50, V55, V60, V65, V70). The event also offers free entry for the next race to specified recipients.
Minimum age for entry is 15 on the day of the event. Entry fees are listed as £16 for UKA members and £18 for non members. Entries open on 27 January 2026 and close on 19 September 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
