Run F.A.R. 5K 2026
Run F.A.R. 5K is scheduled for July 25, 2026 at Chastain Park Blue Lots on Stella Drive NW in Sandy Springs, GA. The event centers on an in-person 5K run/walk and includes a Virtual 5K option, a Ghost / Phantom Runner category, and a separate Fun Run. Virtual participants submit their time and route during the stated virtual submission window and pick up shirts in person.
Packet pick up is offered before the event and at the venue on race day. Early packet pick up is available at Big Peach Running Company South Fulton at 5829 Campbellton Road SW, #102, Atlanta. Race shirts and finisher medals are included for many entry categories; shirts will not be mailed and are available for pick up only. Registration completed by July 11, 2026 guarantees a race day shirt in the chosen size.
Awards are given for overall male and female finishers and age group places for the 5K across multiple age ranges from 10 and under through 70 plus. The Fun Run awards first male and female among participants 12 and under. Professional chip and gun timing will be provided. The event will take place rain or shine and a portion of proceeds will benefit Pad The Pandemic Foundation. Parking is available at Chastain Park upper blue lot on Stella Drive.
