- Half Marathon - 4 laps plus a U-turn each lap, elevation 27 m, road
- Marathon - 8 laps plus a U-turn each lap, elevation 54 m, road
The course is described as flat and chip-timed. A 4 hour cut is in place for the marathon distance. Marshals will be present on the course.
