Doral Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K
The Run Doral event is a multifaceted running festival held in Doral, Florida. It features the city's only half marathon alongside shorter distance options. The race activities center around Doral Meadow Park, which serves as both the starting and finishing location for all participants. The event is organized by Leon Sport and RaceTime.
Participants can choose from three distinct distances:
- 21K (Half Marathon)
- 10K
- 5K
The 21K course is a closed circuit through the city streets. All races are timed, providing runners with instant results upon completion. Performance awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers in all categories. For the half marathon, additional awards are given to the top three winners in age group classifications ranging from 15-19 to 70 and over. The 10K and 5K also include a 14 and under age group category.
The venue at Doral Meadow Park includes a dedicated spectator section and a community wellness village. This area features live music, entertainment, and a team tent section. Participants receive a finisher's medal and have access to race photos. The post-race festival environment includes involvement from local sponsors and race partners.
