Boulderthon is a running event series held in Boulder, Colorado. It is part of Colorado's fall race series and has grown significantly since its inception.

Course and Location
The course starts at Boulder Reservoir and runs along the foothills of the Flatirons. It finishes in downtown Boulder on the historic Pearl Street Mall. Boulder is located at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and averages 300 days of sunshine per year. National Geographic has named Boulder the Happiest City in America.
Recognition
Boulderthon has received various awards. It was named among the Best Fall Marathons by Runner's World and ranked as the #5 Best Half Marathon in the US by Active. USA Today included the 5K among the Top 10 best in the country and the half marathon as #8 best in the US in its 2024 readers' choice awards.
Event Details
The event is a Boston Marathon Qualifier, USATF sanctioned, and measured by a Level A USATF Course Measurer. In 2024, it drew over 15,000 runners from all 50 states and 18 countries.
