Run 5.30 in Brighton is scheduled for Friday 10 July 2026 and is based outside the Theatre Royal on New Road, BN1 1UG, Brighton, UK. The event features an informal route of about 5 km and is presented as a community participation run.
Participants may include people of any age from 0 to 120 years. Pushchairs, wheelchairs and dogs are permitted on the course. Entry opens online from 1 March and individual entry is priced at £22 plus a £1.90 administration fee; group rebates apply at 5% for four or more entries and 10% for ten or more entries.
Event entry includes a 2026 5.30 T shirt, a 2026 5.30 medal, seasonal fresh fruit, drinking water, event photographs available to download for free and a downloadable edition of the 5.30 magazine. 5.30 merchandise will also be offered for purchase online at the time of entry.
Run 5.30 Brighton will donate £1 for each participant to Rockinghorse Children’s Charity. Additional donations can be made during online registration or via participant fundraising pages. T shirt collection is scheduled for Thursday 9 July at The Jubilee Library, Brighton, from 10:00 until 18:00; anyone may collect on a participant’s behalf.
