The Run 5.30 in Brighton is a morning sport event that takes place in the city center of Brighton, UK. The event is held on a Friday and follows a route through the local streets, starting and finishing outside the Theatre Royal Brighton on New Road.

The entry registration includes several items for participants. Everyone receives a unique 2026 5.30 T-shirt and a finisher's medal. Following the activity, seasonal fresh fruit and drinking water are provided. Participants also have access to free digital event photographs and a downloadable digital magazine.
Registration is open to participants of all ages, from children to seniors. Group entry options are available, with percentage rebates offered for bookings of four or more people. T-shirts are distributed the day before the event at the Jubilee Library in Brighton. The event is organized in partnership with the Rockinghorse Children’s Charity.
