Run 4 the Rolls
Run 4 the Rolls is a community running event organized in memory of a University of North Florida senior who died in a running accident in 2020. The event combines running with a family tradition of cinnamon rolls and remote participation that began with an Instagram remembrance effort in October 2024.
The event is presented with title sponsorship from Auld & White Constructors, a construction firm based in Jacksonville, Florida. Net proceeds from the race will be provided to the ACE Mentor Program of Northeast Florida, a mentoring program that connects high school students with industry professionals in architecture, engineering, and construction.

Race logistics include packet pickup at two 1st Place Sports locations on October 22 and October 23. Unclaimed packets will be available at the race site on race day. Cinnamon rolls, coffee, and other refreshments are provided to finishers after the race.
Entry fees vary by registration date. Examples for the 5K: $35 until August 31, $40 in September, $45 October 1–23, and $50 on race day. One mile fees follow a similar tiered schedule. Entry fees shown on some registration platforms may include additional server fees. No refunds, transfers, or deferrals are offered.
Awards are given to top overall and masters finishers, top adaptive finishers, and to top finishers in multiple age groups. Parking is available near the start and finish area. A course map is provided by the organizers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
