Event Details

The Run 4 H2O is a 5K race taking place at Victor Ashe Park in Knoxville, Tennessee. The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026.

Course and Logistics

The race is held entirely at Victor Ashe Park on Bradshaw Road. Driving directions from downtown Knoxville, Interstate 40, and Interstate 75 are provided. There will be no water stops provided during the race. Refreshments will be available before and after the event.

Awards

Awards will be given in multiple categories. These include the top three overall male and female finishers, top masters (40+), top grandmasters (50+), and age group awards in 10-year increments. Awards are also planned for the top Athena and Clydesdale finishers.

Charity and Beneficiaries

All proceeds from the event support two local organizations: the Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers Knoxville Chapter and KnoxProCorps. The Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers promotes STEM education in the area, awarding grants to high schools and scholarships to engineering students.
