The 2026 Route 66 Race Across Kansas is a running event in Galena, Kansas that follows the full Kansas stretch of Historic Route 66. The in-person course covers the 13.2 mile span from the Missouri/Kansas stateline to the Kansas/Oklahoma stateline.

Available formats include an on-site half marathon and a virtual half marathon.

Packet pickup is offered at 511 Main Street, Galena, Kansas, the morning of the race. Registered participants receive a t-shirt. Virtual participants receive the t-shirt by mail but are not eligible for awards. The top three finishers in each age division receive trophies. Published registration fees include $66 for the in-person half marathon, $100 for the virtual half marathon, and a day of race registration price of $40.
