Each of the 11 stages is timed individually and also contributes to an overall time. Participants receive a time for each stage and an overall finish time within seconds of finishing. Stages vary in character and include climbs and flowing trail sections across parkland.
The event offers entry for solo runners and for pairs and is described as welcoming a range of abilities, from elite runners to those newer to trail events. A summer edition is scheduled for 27 and 28 June 2026 and a winter edition is scheduled for 10 January 2026.
