Rother Valley Remembrance Day Trail Runs 2026
Wild Deer Events stages trail races at Rother Valley Country Park, near Sheffield. The event uses undulating trails around lakes and woodland paths and departs from the normal Parkrun route to include trails not used previously.
Event distances include:
- 5 km for participants aged over 11 years
- 10 km for participants aged over 15 years
- Half marathon route to be confirmed
Live chip timing is provided by Timing Up North, with real-time results available during the event. There will be a two minute silence held before the races begin.
All finishers receive a bespoke event medal, Wild Deer merchandise such as socks, a buff or a bottle, and a snack and drink for refuelling. An exclusive event T-shirt can be added to registration for £12.00.
The event location is Rother Valley Country Park, Mansfield Road, Sheffield, S26 5PQ. Route maps are available for the 5 km and 10 km courses; the half marathon route is to be confirmed.
