The Rotary Mission Ten takes place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, in San Juan Bautista, CA, at Mission Plaza (406 2nd Street). The event includes these distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10 Mile
- 5K
- Kid's 1 Mile Fun Run
The race is in its 42nd year and is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Hollister. Proceeds benefit local scholarships and charities. Entry fees include a long sleeve dri-tech t-shirt and a finisher medal.
Course and logistics
All races start and finish in front of the San Juan Mission. The area is rural and the courses run through farmland and up the Anzar hills. The Half Marathon is USATF certified and is an extension of the 10 mile course. The 10 Mile is a partial loop, generally flat with one hill; elevation gain of 210 feet occurs between miles 3.2 and 4.8, with the course returning down the same hill. The 5K is an out-and-back on paved, flat roads. Water stations include a refillable station at the Mission lawn and standard stations with paper cups along the courses. Portable bathrooms are located at the start/finish and at points along the course. Medals are awarded three deep by standard age categories; all races except the fun run are timed and have awards.
