43rd Annual Mother's Day Run & Walk
The 43rd Annual Mother's Day Run & Walk benefits Pajaro Valley Shelter Services and takes place on May 9, 2027 at Pinto Lake County Park, 757 Green Valley Road, Watsonville, CA 95076. The event is organized as a run and walk with routes that start and end at Pinto Lake County Park.
The program includes these distances:
- 1K Family Fun Run
- 5K Run and Walk
- 10K Run
Registration opens October 1, 2026 at 11:00 and closes March 1, 2027 at 02:59. Registration fees listed by the organizer are $20.00 for the 1K and $30.00 for the 5K and 10K.
The course is professionally chip-timed. Computerized results will be announced on the day of the event and posted on the event website. Event features noted by the organizer include an event T-shirt for the first 400 registrations, roses for moms, refreshments and water, and a live DJ.
Awards for the 10K and 5K include medals for first through third places by male and female winners in five-year age divisions, plus gifts for overall first through third places male and female.
