19th Annual Rooney's 5K Run/Walk

The 19th Annual Rooney's 5K Run/Walk will take place on April 4, 2026 in West Palm Beach, Florida. The event is organized by Rooney's Golf Foundation and is held at 1111 N. Congress Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33409. Participants are chip-timed by Accuchip USA, Inc. A post-race breakfast is provided for participants. T-shirts and race medals are available for the first 400 entrants. Dogs are not allowed in the race.

Registration categories and listed entry fees include general registration, military/veterans, first responders, Westgate CRA / Belvedere Homes residents, full-time students, and a kids fun run. Entry fees vary by category. Some race categories close on April 3, 2026 and the general entry fee increases after December 2, 2025. The event is open to ages 3 to 100.

Proceeds benefit local charities. Since 2008 the event has raised over $253,686.57 for charities in Palm Beach County. This year’s beneficiary organizations include Connections Education Center, Palm Beach County - Police Athletic League, Potentia Academy, and Westgate CRA.
