Rombald's Romp Fell Race

Rombald’s Romp is a Fell Race run by North Leeds Fell Runners on Ilkley Moor near Ilkley. The 13 km (8.1 miles) route climbs about 370 m (1,214 ft) and combines rough rocky tracks, heathery paths, and roughly a mile of road up the moor, with a forest section featuring tree roots and wooden bridges. The start and finish are on Keighley Road, near the Wells Road race HQ.

Expect a rugged, supportive atmosphere with basic facilities, water on the course, and finish-line beer for all. FRA rules apply, including mandatory kit: waterproofs, hat, gloves, compass, whistle.
