Roman River Trails

The Roman River Trails event features two self-navigation routes, offering participants the choice of a half marathon or marathon. Set in the picturesque Roman River valley near Colchester, the courses include a mix of hard-packed trails, tarmac, and grass footpaths, with some hills along the way. The event promotes sustainability by being cupless, requiring runners to bring their own drinking receptacles.

Aid stations will be available at approximately 10km intervals, stocked with various refreshments. Finishers can earn bespoke medals and receive a goody bag.
