Rodeo Stampede - Austin
The Rodeo Stampede takes place in Marble Falls at Marble Falls Mustang Stadium on March 28, 2026. The event offers multiple running distances, a costume contest, on-site music, and a family-oriented Kids Dash.
Distances offered include:
- Kids Dash about a 50 meter dash for children 10 and under
- 1 Mile not chip timed, includes shirt and medal
- 5K 3.11 miles, chip timed with overall trophies and age group awards
- Quarter Marathon 6.55 miles, chip timed with trophies and age group awards
- Half Marathon 13.1 miles, chip timed with trophies and age group awards
- Volunteer then Run 5K includes chip timed bib, shirt, and finisher medal
- Virtual Run participation option
All finishers receive a medal and a Rodeo Stampede shirt. The event also advertises a belt buckle style finisher medal and a Bigfoot Trophy for overall finishers. Age group awards and masters recognition are provided across standard categories, and trophies are awarded to the fastest overall male and female in chip timed events.
Course surfaces may include paved trails, crushed granite, and dirt paths. Aid stations are placed on course to provide water and assistance. Food and refreshments are available at the race rally tent. A DJ and the Bigfoot mascot will be present, and live awards will be announced at the finish area.
