Rocky Gap Trail Run

Rocky Gap 25K, 50K, and Relay Trail Run takes place at Rocky Gap State Park in Flintstone, Maryland, in the mountains of western Maryland. The course uses three loops—Loop A (6.5 miles), Loop B (4.4 miles), Loop C (5.2 miles). The 25K runs each loop once (about 16 miles); the 50K runs them twice (about 32 miles).

Total elevation is roughly 1,300 feet for 25K and 2,600 feet for 50K, with Loop A the toughest. Features include base-camp aid with hot/cold foods, water and Gatorade, on-course aid, chip timing, and relay options for teams of 2 or 3, plus lakefront scenery.
