Rocky Gap Off-Road Triathlon, Duathlon, Aqua Bike, and Relay
The event is the 22nd annual Rocky Gap Off-Road Triathlon, Duathlon, Aqua Bike, and Relay at Rocky Gap State Park in Flintstone, MD (12500 Pleasant Valley Road). The 2026 format includes redesigned bike and run courses and new race options compared to prior years.

- Full Distance Triathlon : 19.85 Miles
- Full Distance Triathlon Relay : 19.85 Miles
- Sprint Distance Triathlon : 10.75 Miles
- Duathlon : 21.8 Miles
- Duathlon Relay : 21.8 Miles
- AquaBike : 14.15 Miles
- AcquaBike Relay : 14.15 Miles
The organizer notes that the 2026 program adds a sprint race and an aquabike option. The sprint course may be completed on a gravel bike, while mountain bikes are recommended for the full triathlon and the duathlon. Relay categories are available for several race types.
