Event overview
Rocky is a mountain running event in County Down on Thursday 14 May 2026. The course distance is 6.00 km with a short course of 0.00 km. The total climb for the course is 450 m. Safety and mandatory kit
The event requires Mandatory Kit Level B - Standard. Required items are:

- Hat or buff
- Gloves
- Whistle
- Charged mobile phone with emergency number stored
- Foil blanket, bivvy bag or equivalent
All runners must bring these items. The exact kit to be carried during the race will be finalised on the day and clearly advised at registration. Participants should have a means to carry the kit. Failure to have the required items may lead to denial of entry or disqualification. Random kit checks may be carried out.
Entries and volunteering
