Rockies Road Runners Community Run
A recurring community run held every Thursday outside the Romfield Starbucks in Thornhill, at the 8220 Bayview Avenue location in Markham. Sessions are in person and consist of a one hour group workout led by members of the Rockies Road Runners organization.
The runs are free to attend and described as drop in. They are open to participants aged 16 and older and welcome a range of fitness backgrounds. Free parking is available at the location.
