Rocket Run 5K
The Rocket Run 5K takes place on June 13, 2026 in Bowerston, Ohio at Conotton Valley High School, 7205 Cumberland Rd SW. This is the second annual edition and the event includes a main 5K run/walk, a 5K run/walk no-shirt option, and a youth Rocket Dash for ages 12 and under. Registration is required for youth who want to run or walk the 5K.
Event details
The course starts and finishes at the football field 50 yard line at the high school and includes sections on local back roads. The youth Rocket Dash is a lap around the football field, is free, and does not require registration. Chip timing is provided by Run to You Racing. All Rocket Dash participants (age 12 and under) receive a medal. 5K awards are given to the top three male and female overall and the top three male and female in each age group: 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+. Registration and packet pickup take place at Conotton Valley High School. The deadline to register and receive a shirt is May 29. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
