Event overview
The Rock N Wool Wine Run is a chip-timed 5 km held on Sun April 26, 2026 at Rock N Wool Winery in Poynette, WI. The event is timed and scored by J3 Timing and results are posted online. Registration is open to ages 1 to 99. Standard registration is listed as $30 with a youth price of $25 for ages 1–20; the price increases after January 31, 2026. Course and logistics
The course starts and finishes at the winery and is a two-lap, cross-country style route on grass. It includes a loop around a pond, trails through pine trees and back-and-forth laps through vineyard rows. The course is described as relatively flat and will be marked with arrow signs. Packet pickup is available on race morning only, beginning one hour before the event start.
Registration includes a ring-spun cotton T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal, a chip-timed race bib and a wine pour. Minors receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal and bib but do not receive a wine glass or wine pour. Age-group awards are provided by category and must be picked up on race day. Strollers are allowed but not recommended due to uneven ground.
