Rochester Women’s 4-Mile Race : East Shelter, Silver Lake Park
The Rochester Women’s 4-Mile Race takes place on July 25, 2026, at the East Shelter in Silver Lake Park, East Silver Lake Drive Northeast, Rochester, MN. The 4 Mile course is described as flat and consists of two loops around Silver Lake, with the start and finish at the east side shelter.
The event is open to anyone who identifies as female. Participants under 18 run free. Race entry includes a race gift and post-race refreshments. Packet pick-up is available at Minnesota Treads beginning on July 23, with additional packet pick-up and donation drop-off on the days immediately before and on race morning. Virtual participants have from July 24 through July 30 to complete and submit their results.

Awards and raffle procedures are specified for in-person 4 Mile runners. Overall awards are presented to the top three finishers; first place awards are given in the following age groups: 12 and under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over. Overall winners are not eligible for age group awards. A diapers and wipes drive for the Jeremiah Program will accept donations of diaper sizes 5 and 6 and diaper wipes; preferred brands include Pampers, Huggies, and Kirkland. Donors may receive a bonus raffle ticket. Raffle prizes include items donated by local businesses. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
