Rochester Women's 4-Mile Race
The Rochester Women’s 4-Mile Race is scheduled for July 25, 2026 at the East Shelter in Silver Lake Park, Rochester, MN. The 4-mile course is flat and consists of two loops around Silver Lake, with start and finish on the east side of the lake. Race entry includes a race gift and post-race refreshments. The first 200 registrants for the 4-Mile Run receive a custom Nomadix fitness towel.
The event is open to anyone who identifies as female. Runners under 18 run free; a Girls' 1-Mile Fun Run is offered as a separate, free event. A virtual 4-mile option is available with a designated window to complete and submit results.
Awards are presented to the top three overall finishers in the 4-Mile Run and to first place finishers in each age group. Overall award winners are not eligible for age group awards. All in-person 4-Mile registrants are automatically entered in the race raffle; local businesses donate raffle prizes.
The event includes a diapers and wipes drive to benefit the Jeremiah Program. Donations of diapers and wipes can be dropped off during packet pick-up and on race day at the sign-in area.
