Lace Up for Hope with The LandingMN
Lace Up for Hope is an annual fundraising event held in Rochester, Minnesota. The event is organized to support The Landing MN, an organization that provides assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness in the local area. The 2026 edition marks the second year of this community gathering.
Participants can choose between two main activities:
- 5K Run or Walk - An out and back course starting from Little Thistle Brewing.
- 1 Mile Walk - An out and back route focused on walking participation.
The event takes place at 2031 14th St NW. Participants have the option to form teams to complete the routes together. Recognition is provided for the largest team as well as the team that raises the most funds for the beneficiary organization. While the primary goal is fundraising, extra fundraising beyond the registration fee is optional for all participants.
Each registrant receives a goody bag which includes several items from local businesses, such as a drink token for Little Thistle Brewing, an ice cream voucher from Flapdoodles, and a gift card for TerraLoco. Event t-shirts are made available for purchase at an additional cost for those who register before specific deadlines.
