Lace Up for Hope with The LandingMN
Lace Up for Hope with The LandingMN is the second annual fundraiser for The Landing MN, held at 2031 14th St NW in Rochester, MN. The event raises funds to support The Landing MN and its work to provide a soft place to land for people experiencing homelessness in the area.
Routes start at Little Thistle Brewing and include the following distances:
- 5K run or walk, out and back course
- 1 Mile walk, out and back course
Participants may run or walk the 5K. Each registrant receives a goody bag that includes a drink token from Little Thistle redeemable that day, a free scoop of ice cream from Flapdoodles to be redeemed that morning, a gift card from TerraLoco, and additional items.
T-shirts are available at an extra cost for a limited time. Same-day packet pick up and registration are offered. Team registration is new this year; teams may fundraise optionally and prizes are planned for the largest team and for the team that raises the most money. Fundraising progress is shown for the event with a goal of $5,000 and a recorded amount raised so far. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
