Event Overview
Robert's Run is a run/walk event that takes place in Hamilton, Montana. The event is organized to celebrate Robert Leonardi's spirit and supports the Play Like Robert Foundation.
Distances
Participants can choose from several event options:
- 1 Mile
- 5K
- 10K
- Tri-Fecta (participating in all three races: 1 Mile, 5K, and 10K)
- Virtual options for the 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, or Tri-Fecta
- A "Play Like Robert" event, which is not a race but an activity-based participation option.
The 1 mile route is described as stroller-friendly. For the 5K and 10K routes, a large-wheeled stroller is suggested. The courses showcase the Bitterroot Valley.
Event Location and Date
The event is based at Hamilton High School. Onsite dry camping (no hookups) is available for RVs, vans, and tents overnight on the Friday before the event.
Post-Race Activities
A family-friendly festival with refreshments and games follows the race.
Race Ambassador
An Olympian and world bronze medalist in the 10,000 meters will serve as the race ambassador and will share her running journey at a runner's clinic. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
