5k Fun Run x Bitter Root Brewing: 2026 Montana Brewery Running Series
The event is a community 5k fun run held at Bitter Root Brewing in Hamilton, Montana on September 12, 2026. It is part of the 2026 Montana Brewery Running Series and is organized to combine a short running route with post-run activities at the brewery.
The run is untimed and the route starts and ends at the brewery taproom. Roads on the course remain open to traffic and participants must follow all traffic laws. Routes are clearly marked. Registration includes one craft brew at the finish, a choice of Brewery Running Series swag (collector’s pint glass or a seasonal item), and entry into a prize drawing. Post-run activities listed by the organizer include music, games, giveaways and partner items.
Additional event notes from the organizer state that 10% of proceeds support local nonprofits, refunds are available up to seven days before the event, and valid ID is required for alcohol; participants under 21 are offered a nonalcoholic beverage instead.
