Entry fee for each event is $35. An administrative fee of $2.00 applies. Registration opens December 19, 2025 at 8:00am EST. The event listing shows 150 spots available for each race. Race shirts are included in the price and are guaranteed for registrations completed by March 1, 2026.
Logistics and awards
The race is based at Carolina Forest Recreation Center, 2254 Carolina Forest Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579. Parking will be at the Carolina Forest Recreation Center. Packet pick-up and late registration are scheduled for Friday, March 20, 2026: 9:00am-11:00am at the Government and Justice Center (1301 Second Ave, Conway, SC 29526) and 5:00pm-7:00pm at the Carolina Forest Recreation Center. Additional packet pick-up is scheduled on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 7:00am at the Carolina Forest Recreation Center. The start and finish lines will be at the same location.
Timing will be provided by Simply Timing. All participants who complete the certified 5K will receive a custom finishers medal. Top three overall male and female finishers receive medals; overall winners are not eligible for age-division awards. Age-division awards (net chip time) are 1st to 3rd for male and female in specified age groups. Horry County employees pay the $35 enrollment fee and will be reimbursed after the race.
