Conway Rotary RiverTown Reindeer Run
The 20th Annual RiverTown Reindeer Run takes place Saturday 12/5/2026 at the Conway Marina in historic downtown Conway, SC. The course follows a tree-lined route through Rivertown and loops back to finish at the marina. The event raises funds for the Conway Rotary Club’s charitable giving.
Distances:
- 5K - timed; overall and age-group awards for male and female; masters 40+ award.
- 1 Mile - untimed; participants receive a shirt and bib; no awards.
The 5K is directed by Simply Timing. Age groups for the 5K include 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Overall awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers; the masters division (40+) receives a first-place award.
Online fee tiers are listed for each distance: the 5K includes early, late, and day-of pricing; the 1 Mile has early, late, and day-of pricing as well. For long sleeve dri-fit shirts, registration must meet the organizer’s stated deadline; otherwise cotton tee shirts are provided while supplies last and shirt color may vary.
Packet pickup is available the day before at Black Dog Outfitters (316 N Main Street, Conway) and on race morning at the race location. Strollers are welcome, pets are not allowed, participants may listen to music, and the event does not allow refunds. Participants should park in the county parking lot or along the tennis courts area before reaching the marina; the marina parking lot and boat ramp will be closed until after the race.
