Bartow County Lions Club Roar Run 5K
The Bartow County Lions Club presents the 4th annual Roar Run 5K on June 6, 2026, at Dellinger Park in Cartersville, GA. The course uses a combination of paths inside Dellinger Park and nearby surface streets, with the finish line located on the Freedom Braille Trail. Proceeds support the creation, expansion, maintenance, and financial support of the Freedom Braille Trail.
Both the start and finish areas are on the east side of Dellinger Park adjacent to the lake. East side parking will be closed for the event; parking is available on the west side of the park near the football and softball fields. Pre-race packet pick-up for preregistered participants is scheduled for Friday, June 5 at Big Peach Running Co., Cartersville, 402 E. Church St., Suite 107, from 10 AM to 2 PM.
Registration fees are $30 for preregistration through May 31, 2026, and $40 on race day. Awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers, top masters male and female, and the top three male and female finishers in the listed age categories from 10 and under through 80 and over.
