Roadtown Turkey Trot 5k
The Roadtown Turkey Trot is an autumn community event held in Shutesbury, Massachusetts. The race route follows paved roads through the local area, offering participants a scenic view of the town’s landscape. The event serves as a fundraiser with proceeds dedicated to the construction of a new Shutesbury library and features support from local business sponsors.

The race includes a competitive element with age group awards for both male and female participants. Categories are divided into several tiers, starting from 14 and under, 15-19, and continuing in ten-year increments up to the 80-89 age bracket. Regional prizes are also awarded, which include items intended for Thanksgiving tables.
