Black Birch Vineyard 10 Miler

The Black Birch Vineyard 10 Miler takes place in Hatfield, Massachusetts, offering a course that travels through two New England towns. The event features a distance of 10 miles on a certified route consisting of country roads. The terrain includes winding sections and several hills.

Participants have a 3-hour time limit to complete the course. The race is fully supported and is positioned in the early spring season, scheduled two weeks after the Saint Patrick's Day 10K and two weeks before the Fort Hill Brewery Half Marathon.

The event concludes at the Black Birch Vineyard, a boutique winery established in 2012. The finish line includes several amenities for participants:

Registered runners receive a long-sleeve tech shirt and a finisher's medal. The post-race activities include a party at the vineyard with live music and locally sourced food. Participants are also provided with a pour of wine from the vineyard.

This event supports the Children's Advocacy Center of Hampshire County, an organization that provides multidisciplinary services and trauma-informed therapy to child survivors of abuse.
