Riverway 5K
The Riverway 5K is the second annual non profit race held in downtown Conway, South Carolina on May 30, 2026. Proceeds benefit the Winyah Rivers Alliance to support conservation work, water quality monitoring, and environmental education programs.
The course begins at the City of Conway water tower near the Waccamaw River and follows the same route used for the Under the Lights Run. A shorter fun run uses a condensed version of this route. The start location and packet pickup are at 110 Laurel Street, Conway, SC 29526.

Registration and fees follow a tiered schedule for the 5K and the fun run. T shirts are available to runners and sponsors with a cutoff date of April 28; sizes are listed for adults and youth. Packet pickup is available the evening before and the morning of the event at the race location.
Awards for the 5K use gun time and include top overall male and female, masters 40 plus, and the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Age groups start at 10 and under and continue in standard brackets through 70 plus. Event notes indicate strollers are welcome, participants may listen to music while running, and pets are not permitted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
