Rivertown Races - Grand Rapids, MI
Rivertown Races takes place April 17 and 18, 2026, with events based at the Meadows at Millennium Park in Walker, MI, southwest of Grand Rapids. Courses run on roads, paved trails, and bridges and pass through rolling terrain, wetlands, and lakes. Event amenities include food, beverages, music, and family activities. Packet pick up is available at Striders in Grandville and at Millennium Park on race day.
The event program includes multiple race options:

- Half Marathon
- Rivertown Kids one mile fun run
- VIRTUAL Half Marathon
- VIRTUAL 10K
- VIRTUAL 5K
Course support includes multiple aid stations offering water and Gatorade, several locations with bathroom access, and U of M Health West sports medicine stations at selected points on the courses. Course maps and detailed aid station locations are provided by the organizer.
Bridge Street Ministries is the event beneficiary. One hundred percent of registration donations are designated to help complete a new youth center building project. Participants receive a 2026 participant shirt and a finisher medal; Rivertown Kids participants receive a shirt, medal, and bib. The Rivertown Kids run is an untimed, introductory event for children age 10 and under and allows parents or older siblings to run with participants.
