About the race
Riverside V is a road-racing event held in Shreveport, Louisiana at Riverview Hall, 600 Clyde Fant Parkway, on 11/07/2026. The event includes multiple entries:

The course runs along the Riverfront on Clyde Fant Memorial Parkway; it is described as well-lit, mostly flat, and closed to vehicular traffic. Races are sanctioned by the Red River Road Runners and the RRCA.
Registration information: registration opens on 7/15/2026; most race registrations close on 7/23/2026 (the 5K Walk closes 7/22/2026). Fees are listed at $30.00 for the 5 Mile Road Race, 5K Run and 5K Walk, and $20.00 for Shirt Only. Packet pickup is at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue on November 6 and 7; late packet pickup will be available at Riverview Hall on race day. Packets include a unisex Brooks short sleeve shirt, race number, and a food/beverage coupon; shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by October 26 and packets will not be mailed. Late registration will not be accepted on race day.
Awards: cash awards and age-group awards are specified for the 5 Mile and 5K events, with overall and masters categories; no duplicate awards. Volunteers receive a food/beverage coupon.
