Riverside 5K Remembrance Run
The Riverside 5K Remembrance Run is a road running event held in Riverside, New Jersey on May 25, 2026. The event features a 5K distance on a flat, scenic course that finishes with a downhill section through downtown Riverside. Proceeds will benefit Riverside/Delran VFW 3020.
Registration carries a fee of $30. Race shirts are guaranteed for the first 150 registrants. There is no same day registration available. Packet pick-up takes place at the Riverside Police Station, 1 West Scott Street, Riverside, NJ 08075. Participants are asked to bring photo identification and are encouraged to use the RiverLINE or carpooling methods for travel.
Course management requires all participants to complete the course within one hour or maintain a 19 minute per mile pace; after one hour the course will reopen to regular traffic. Awards are presented for male and female first overall, and there are additional prizes for first, second, and third place male and female finishers in these age groups: 13 and under, 14 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over.
