Riverpoint Aquathlon
The Riverpoint Aquathlon is scheduled for Sunday, June 14, 2026 at Riverpoint Sports and Wellness in Albuquerque. The event is a continuous multisport race that combines a run leg followed immediately by a pool swim leg. Participants must be 17 years of age or older.
The course route begins at Riverpoint Sports and Wellness and runs through the Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI) campus before returning to Riverpoint. The swim takes place in the outdoor pool at Riverpoint and the finish is located just outside the pool.

- 4 mile run
- 200 meter pool swim
The event offers both individual and team starts. Individual competitors are scored in multiple age brackets beginning at 17–19 and continuing in standard five year increments up to 80 and over. Additional individual divisions include Clydesdale and Athena categories. Teams are composed of two teammates and are scored as relay entries in male, female, and coed divisions.
All finishers receive a finish ribbon. Medals are awarded to top finishers in each age bracket and to winning teams; first place Clydesdale and Athena receive medals. Participant packages include a technical fabric short sleeve shirt, a reusable souvenir bag, a complimentary breakfast burrito, a one week pass to NMSW Riverpoint, and a chiropractic adjustment.
