34th Annual River to Bay 5K - Island Heights, NJ
The 34th Annual River to Bay 5K is an in-person race held on May 2, 2026, in Island Heights, New Jersey. The course is USATF certified. The event is limited to the first 750 participants and will run rain or shine. Proceeds benefit local youth and charitable organizations. Race registrations are non-refundable. Early bird registrants who register by April 7, 2026 save $10 and are guaranteed a race shirt in the correct size; shirt availability after the early bird period is not guaranteed. Check-in takes place at 1 Wanamaker Plaza / 1 Wanamaker Municipal Complex in Island Heights.

Awards are given with no duplicate prizes between events. Mile awards include top finishers overall and age-group awards, plus medals for all 1 mile fun run participants. 5K awards include top three male and female overall and top three male and female in multiple age groups from 7 & under up to 80 & over.
