34th Annual River to Bay 5K
The River to Bay 5K is an in-person race held May 2, 2026 in Island Heights, New Jersey. Presented by the Kiwanis Club of Greater Toms River, the event uses a USATF certified course. The race is scheduled to run rain or shine.
Entry options include a 5K run, 5K health walk, 1 mile fun run, 1 mile health walk, and a T-shirt only option. Some registrations include a race t-shirt while others require an additional purchase. Early bird registrants who register by April 6, 2026 receive a $10 discount and are guaranteed a race shirt in the correct size; shirt availability is not guaranteed for later registrants.
The event is limited to the first 750 participants. Race registrations are non refundable. All participants must agree to the USATF waiver as a condition of registration. Proceeds benefit local youth and charitable organizations. Sponsorships are offered and range from $75 to $2,500.
