Cupid's Chase 5K Lake Como
Cupid's Chase 5K Lake Como takes place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Lake Como, 703 16th Avenue, Lake Como, NJ 07719. The event is part of a national race series held every February to mark Community Options' founding and is the 18th annual edition. Last year over 11,000 runners nationwide participated.
The main competition is a certified 5K with professional timing and results posted immediately after the race. The event is fully accessible and pet friendly; all pets must remain leashed. It is held rain or shine, and all registration fees are non-refundable.
Giveaways include a Cupid's Chase finisher medal and a drawstring bag while supplies last. To guarantee a Cupid's Chase shirt, registration must be completed by January 1, 2026; after that date shirts are available while supplies last. Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group medals will be awarded to the overall male and female finishers in each of these groups: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70 and over.
The beneficiary is Community Options, Inc., a national nonprofit incorporated in 1989 and headquartered in Princeton, NJ, which provides housing and employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
