River Road Run
The River Road Run takes place on Saturday, January 9, 2027, in Comfort Park, Comfort, Texas. It is race 1 of 4 in the Texas Hill Country Series and follows routes through the Texas Hill Country and downtown Comfort.

- 13.1 miles Half marathon
- 10 miles SKYDOME
- 10k
- 5k
- 0.05k fun run
All finishers receive a medal, and participants who complete all four series races receive an additional series medal. Awards for the 5k, 10k and half marathon include 1st through 4th place categories. Overall awards for first male and female, first masters male and female, and first super masters male and female are based on gun time. All age group awards are based on chip time due to wave starts. Age group brackets start at 14 and under and progress through standard five year increments up to 90 plus.
Entry fees are listed per distance and increase for late registration. Pickup for race packets is available at Fleet Feet Culebra Commons in San Antonio and on race morning at the start line. Course maps are provided for each distance. The event notes a no refund policy and specifies fees for transferring or changing entries prior to the race.
