River Road Run : Comfort, Texas
The River Road Run takes place in Comfort, Texas on January 9, 2027. The event is based at Comfort Park on Tx-27 and is Race 1 of 4 in the Texas Hill Country Series.

A packet pickup location is listed at Fleet Feet, Culebra Commons in San Antonio; pickup is also available race morning at the start line. Course maps are provided for each distance.
All finishers receive a medal. Participants who finish all four series races receive an additional series medal. Awards for 5k, 10k and half marathon include 1st through 4th place; overall and masters overall awards are based on gun time while age-group awards use chip time due to wave starts. Age categories span from 14 and under through 90 plus.
Entry fees are published per distance, with incremental increases for late registration and race day entries. The organizer states a no-refund policy; transfers incur a fee of $20, $30 the day before, and no transfers are allowed after the event.
