The River Road Run takes place on January 10, 2026, at Comfort Park in Comfort, Texas. It is the first race in the 2026 Texas Hill Country Half Marathon Series. The event offers in-person and virtual options for several race distances. Packet pickup is available the day before at Alamo Brewery and at the start line on race day. Fundraising partners include Hill Country Family Services and Marrow Match. Age-group awards are offered. Awards for 1st to 4th places in five-year age increments apply to the half marathon, 10k and 5k. Overall awards (first overall, masters, super masters) are based on gun time; all age-group awards use chip time because wave starts are used. Participants aged 16 and under, and those 70 and over, receive a 50% registration discount; combining discount codes is not permitted.
