Rise Up for Fitness Family 5K
The Rise Up for Fitness Family 5K is the fifth annual 5K presented by Texas Health Huguley Fitness Center in Burleson, Texas. The event raises funds for community partner Harvest House and is organized as a family-focused activity. Pets are welcome.
The event takes place at the Huguley Fitness Center walking track and start and finish areas at 11801 South Freeway, Burleson, TX 76028. Packet pickup is available on Friday, 5/15 and Saturday, 5/16 at the Huguley Fitness Center lobby, with additional pickup on the morning of the event at Texas Health Huguley Fitness Center.
Registration opened on 1/23/2026. The fee schedule published by the organizer includes tiered pricing by date and age: through April 30th, after April 30th through May 16th, and race day pricing on 5/17. Fees differ for participants aged 14 and over and those 13 and under. The first 250 registered participants receive t-shirts.
Awards are given by gender and age categories. The top three male and female finishers receive fitness center memberships of six months, 90 days, and 60 days respectively, along with medals for top positions. Additional medals are planned for under age 14, senior, and masters 40 to 64 categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
