Event Details
The 5th Annual Rise Up for Fitness Family 5K is held at the Huguley Fitness Center and Walking Track in Burleson, Texas. The event is a fundraiser for the community partner Harvest House.
Participants can register for a 5K run. Registration fees are tiered by age. The early fee (through April 30) is $30 for ages 14 and over, and $15 for ages 13 and under. After April 30, the fees increase.
The first 250 registered runners will receive a t-shirt. Pets are welcome at the event.
Awards and Perks
Awards include free memberships to the fitness center for the top three male and female finishers, for durations of 6 months, 90 days, and 60 days respectively. Separate first-place medals are awarded for boys and girls under age 14, as well as for senior and masters age groups.
There is a promotion where anyone who joins the Huguley Fitness Center on the event day receives free enrollment.
Schedule and Logistics
Packet pickup is available on the Friday and Saturday before the event at the Huguley Fitness Center Lobby. It is also available on the morning of the race at the Texas Health Huguley Fitness Center. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
