Rise & Run Ultra is a trail running event in Wellsboro, PA on the West Rim Trail, organized by Tyoga Running Club. The event offers two distances and uses out and back courses on the West Rim Trail.
- 50K: out and back on West Rim Trail, one aid station and one water drop.
- 25K: out and back on West Rim Trail, one water drop, no aid station.
Races begin before dawn and are run with minimal on-course support. Both distances have a finish cut off at noon. The event is presented with reduced services, including basic timing and limited participant items. Entry fees listed in event materials are fifty dollars for the 50K and twenty five dollars for the 25K. Registration closes July 4 at 11:59 PM ET.
Participants should expect a self supported approach on course with one designated water drop for the 25K and one aid station plus one water drop on the 50K. A modest post-race meal is served at the finish, and finishers receive a Rise & Run branded camp cup. The first male and first female finishers earn a free registration for the following year.
