RISE 8K Undercliff Run for Women 2026
The RISE 8K Undercliff Run for Women will be held on Sunday 18 October. The event is in its 19th year and follows the Undercliff Path alongside Sussex chalk cliffs, running from Saltdean towards Brighton and returning along the same route. It is RISE's annual fundraising event.
The location is the Undercliff Path adjacent to the Whitecliffs Café in Saltdean, postcode BN2 8SQ.
All participants receive an event medal, a goody bag, fruit and water, and a slice of home made cake at the finish. The event village provides a help desk, toilets, baggage storage, food and drink, and music.
On the course there are route marshals, a water station, medics and chip timing. Lead bikes and tail walkers are present to support safety and participant flow.
