Ripon Tri Club Duathlon
Ripon Tri Club stages a duathlon at Ripon Racecourse on 5 August 2026. The event uses grass running loops around the racecourse lake and a longer road cycling stage that follows much of the Ripon Triathlon sprint route.
The course format is run-bike-run with a short grass transition area. Surface and course details:
- 2 km run on flat grass
- 25 km bike on undulating road
- 2 km run on flat grass
The transition area is approximately 20 m and set on grass. The event is traffic managed with some closed roads noted for the run stages; the bike stage is on open, undulating roads. The organiser lists parking and toilet facilities at the venue. Entry is via online entry and the listed price is £10. British Triathlon has issued a permit for the event. The organiser expects about 50 competitors.
