Ripley's Penguin Dash Run/Walk
Ripley's Penguin Dash Run/Walk takes place on February 7, 2026, at Broadway at the Beach, starting and finishing in front of Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach (1110 Celebrity Circle, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577). The event is themed around South African penguins and is presented by Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach. The course runs through the Broadway at the Beach shopping and dining complex.

Registration is online only and closes on race day at 6:00am. Bib pickup is available at Ripley’s Aquarium Myrtle Beach on the day before the event and on race morning. Race swag includes a race bib for all events, a participant medal for the 5K and 1 Mile, a participant shirt while supplies last, and a single-entry aquarium ticket for 5K and 1M participants. Animals are not permitted on the course; ADA-recognized service animals are allowed with notification at bib pickup. Baby joggers, strollers, skateboards, roller blades and unauthorized bicycles are not permitted; ADA-recognized wheelchairs and mobility aids are allowed with notification at bib pickup. A portion of proceeds will be donated to SANCCOB for penguin conservation. Results are posted live after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
