Riot Run 5K - Prison City Brewing, Auburn, NY
The Riot Run 5K is scheduled for September 26, 2026, in Auburn, New York. The chip-timed, closed-course 5k starts and finishes in front of Prison City Brewing & Pub at 28 State Street. The course is organized around the brewery grounds and nearby streets.
Race registration includes a cold Mass Riot beer at the finish, a custom Riot Tun koozie and custom race socks for all finishers, and a charity and team swag upgrade. A finish-line party will feature live music, food trucks, yard games, and an after party open to friends and family.
Team entries of 10 or more runners receive unique Mass Riot 5K swag if they register by September 6. Solo runners can receive team swag by donating $20 at checkout to the race beneficiary Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP). CAP administers programs including domestic violence services, a food pantry, homeless intervention, emergency services, and supportive housing for young adults.
Prison City Brewing’s Mass Riot IPA is listed at 6.5% ABV and has been ranked by Paste Magazine, appearing as 1st and 6th in past listings. The brewery also highlights other beers such as Cherry Poppins, Cool Hand Cuke, and Puff Puff Shiv. Early bib pickup is available at the Prison City Pub and Brewery North Street Urban Farm; additional bib pickup and parking are arranged at the brewery on race day. There is ample parking throughout Auburn and the Auburn Municipal Garage on Lincoln Street is recommended.
