Ring Out the Old - 5K, 10K, Half Marathon
This event takes place on December 26, 2026 at Woodley Park, 6076 Woodley Avenue, Encino, CA 91316. The program includes three distances and on-course support for participants.

Parking is available free in the park lot and additional parking is available on Woodley Avenue. Bib pick-up is provided on race morning and a gear check is available at the registration tent; participants should bring their own bag. An early start may be arranged for half marathon entrants by contacting the organizer; early starters are not eligible for awards.
Course details note that the routes use park paths, cross grass, pass under a road through a tunnel, and enter the Lake Balboa Park area. The 5k follows one lake loop, the 10k follows two lake loops with a small extra section, and the half marathon combines park loops with a 10k loop. Routes will be finalized the week of the race and rain routes may apply. The course is on open paths so runners should be considerate of other park users.
On-course support includes multiple water stations, a finish line aid station with water, electrolytes, and snacks, plus first aid kits at each station and crew members trained in CPR. All finishers receive a medal and overall first place male and female in each distance receive first place medals. Results and free race photos are sent after the event.
