Richmond Aquathlon 2026
The Richmond Aquathlon has been relocated to Northallerton Leisure Centre because of structural issues at Richmond Swimming Pool. The event combines a pool-based swim with a flat run mostly on grass around fields alongside the leisure centre. It is open to participants aged 8 and above. Race headquarters are at Northallerton Leisure Centre, DL6 2UZ. The event has an entry limit of 200 places and a British Triathlon permit has been applied for.
Entry requires a valid British Triathlon membership or a race pass purchased from British Triathlon. Online entry closes at 10.00am on Thursday 18th June; no late entries or entries on the day will be accepted. Entry fees range from £20.00 for junior categories to £25.00 for adults.
Facilities listed at the venue include water, toilets, changing facilities and showers. There is no baggage storage and no distance markers. The event is not suitable for wheelchairs. Junior finishers from Tristar to Tristar 3 receive goody bags or mementos. Prizes are awarded to first, second and third in all Tristar groups.

- Tristart (age 8): swim 50 m, run 650 m
- Tristar 1 (age 9/10): swim 150 m, run 1300 m
- Tristar 2 (age 11/12): swim 250 m, run 2000 m
- Tristar 3 (age 13/14): swim 400 m, run 3000 m
- Youth and adult (age 15+): swim 500 m, run 4400 m
