Restless Soles Night Run + Music Event
Restless Soles combines running and live DJ music at CrossFit Sweat Shop in Walnut Creek, California on Saturday, October 31, 2026. The format consists of four runs that start at the top of four consecutive hours. At each start, participants choose between a 1 mile loop or a 1.5 mile loop, then return to the Sweat Shop to rest and listen to the DJ before the next round.
Complete all four rounds for a total distance of four to six miles, or join for as many rounds as preferred. The event is inspired by the imagery and energy of Día de los Muertos and is organized to feel more like a nighttime music event than a conventional race. A live DJ performs between and during the runs to provide continuous music throughout the evening.

Participation notes: Participants do not need to be fast or competitive to take part. The structure allows participants to select loop length and pace that suit them.
